Taghazout Bag III

DKK 800.00

This bag is inspired by my time in Taghazout, Morocco. Every time I walked to the beach I passed the same little souvenirshop with Morrocan ceramics. My eyes where always on the same ceramic bowls in green/yellow/black colours. I just loved the combination and the rustic look of the bowls. I knew I had to buy some, but I am also not the biggest fan of souvenirshops - I like to buy straight from the artist if possbile. But these bowls where only to be found in this exact shop. I started talking to the sweet owner of the shop and always waved at him when I passed his shop. I choose some bowls to buy, but did not have money with me so the man put the bowls aside and we agreed that I would come back the day after. I never made it, because I went surfing all day and he closed his shop. I felt so bad, but I went there the day after with money and he showed me where he hided the bowls for me. We talked a bit more and I got a hug. What a sweet local man. Even though the bowls where not bought straight from the artist I still think it was a beautiful purchase, because of the sweet old man.

I hope this bag will follow you on your adventures; whether it’s your daily life or a journey somewhere else :)
